I thought it looked really cute online, but once I got it, it just felt a little off. The fabric was thinner than I expected and some of the stitching looked kinda messy. For the price, I don’t really feel like it was worth it, honestly. Probably won’t order again.

I really wanted to have a better experience ordering from Ramy Brook because the clothes are cute, but the website made it more annoying than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly, and checkout kept glitching to the point where I had to put my info in again. I also felt a little uneasy because the totals weren’t as clear as I’d like, and I kept wondering if some extra fee was going to pop up at the end. After I placed the order, I didn’t get much of an update right away, which made me nervous. The items themselves look nice, but the online shopping experience definitely needs work.

I thought the prices were fair and the quality was nicer than I expected. If anything, I blame myself for not checking it out sooner.

My order actually showed up quicker than I expected, and the tracking came through right away. Everything was packed well and delivery itself was smooth. That part was fine, but the overall experience still left me feeling a bit less sure about trusting them next time.

Customer service did get back to me, so there’s that, but they weren’t really that helpful. For what you’re paying on ramybrook.com, I just thought returns and exchanges would be a lot smoother.

I’ve gotta say, I really do like the overall look of Ramy Brook clothes. The styles feel modern but not, like, too over-the-top, and the colors are usually super pretty. I ordered a top and it looked pretty much just like the photos, which was a relief.
The only thing is, the prices are definitely a bit high, and some of the pieces feel more like something I’d wear to an event than just day to day. But the style is great, and I’d probably order again if I needed something nice.

I emailed customer service, and they replied quickly. The person who helped me was nice, explained what was going on, and got everything sorted out, without making it feel like a huge hassle.

I was definitely a little stressed at first, but they handled it really well. Because of that, I’d feel comfortable ordering again
